Project Costs and Timelines
All project costs are defined based on the initial requirements provided by you. The quoted price will be based on the specific needs of your project and will be provided within the time frame specified in the quotation.
Any modifications to the scope of the project, including even minor enhancements or changes to functionality, may result in increased charges and adjustments to the project timeline.
If you require further clarifications, please schedule a face-to-face or web meeting where we can confirm and explain our understanding of the project and finalize the details.
By accepting the quotation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined by CoderSD, which can be confirmed in the following ways:
Verbally, via email, through payment of the initiation fee, or by signing the quotation.

Clear Instructions and Project Requirements
To proceed with your project, it is essential that you provide CoderSD with clear instructions, including the project flow and any other necessary information. This helps us provide an accurate quote and timeline.
If specifics are not provided at the time of quoting, we will proceed based on our understanding of your requirements. If any disagreements arise later, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate necessary adjustments.
Please ensure that you define every detail of your website or digital service requirements to avoid any misunderstandings. Any complexity or unique aspects of individual tasks must be disclosed in advance to ensure accurate pricing and proposals.

Project Management and Time Allocation
Each project phase, including Project Management, Digital Strategy, and Business Analysis, is allocated a specific number of man-hours. Minor changes can be made within the allotted hours.
Any requests for modifications beyond the agreed-upon scope will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply.

Delays Due to Client’s Actions
Any delay caused by the client in providing necessary materials, content, or approvals may result in project delays, missed deadlines, and additional charges to cover the impact of the delay.
CoderSD will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to meet deadlines, supply content, or provide necessary feedback in a timely manner.

Bug Fixes and System Errors
There will be no additional charges for any bugs or system errors that are detected during or shortly after the development phase.
However, if a bug or error arises due to external changes or issues not related to the development phase, the client may be responsible for the cost of fixing it.

Rework and Additional Requirements
Any rework on tasks previously completed or additional requirements outside the initial scope will incur extra costs. This includes changes to the design or development after they have been approved.

Client Responsibilities for Content
Within two weeks of project initiation, clients are required to provide all necessary website/application content and supporting documentation.
Delays in providing the required content may cause delays to the overall project timeline. If this extends beyond a reasonable time frame, CoderSD reserves the right to apply additional charges for the delay.

Third-Party Software and Open Source Products
CoderSD is not responsible for any issues arising from open-source products such as WordPress, Joomla, or eCommerce platforms. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all third-party software components are kept up to date and functional.
We strongly recommend clients maintain regular backups of their sites or opt for CoderSD’s maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted service.

Communication regarding project details will be conducted primarily via email. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that we have the correct email address and to keep us informed of any changes to your contact information.
Please ensure your email is regularly checked for project updates, approval requests, and any important correspondence related to the project.
