Refund Policy

Initial Design or Proposal Stage After initiating the project, we will deliver an initial design, prototype, or proposal aligned with your requirements. This will give you the opportunity to provide feedback and ensure we are on the right track. If, during this stage, you are not satisfied with our work or feel the project is not meeting your expectations, you may request a full refund. Refund requests during this phase must be submitted within the agreed-upon timeframe, as specified in the project plan. Development and Implementation Stage Once the project progresses to the full development or implementation stage, a refund may still be requested, but it will be partial based on the progress made at the time of the request. Partial refunds will be determined through a consultation based on the work completed and associated costs. Refund requests at this stage should be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
